Challenge
Syniverse Innovation Lab needed a mobile experience to house many of their AI experiments using their own technologies.
Solution
Created an excellent mobile homepage with engaging visual and easy to use design.

Discovery
Met with the Product and Engineering teams to understand their goals for the project.
Define
Collaborating with the stakeholders, we define the Goals for the project.
Goal: create a impactful visual to showcase upcoming AI experiments on an internal mobile app called Syniverse Innovation App.
The main targets are Syniverse employees and potential customers.
Design
Day 1:
Started with a white board working session, I then created wireframes to outline the user journey.
Day 2:
We met to revise the flow after couple rounds of reviews, making sure on the technical gaps are addressed.
Day 3:
Skeletal wireframes evolved into lo-fidelity mockups to provide some design directions. I involved the Marketing folks into the loop to get input for branding, making sure we were on-brand.
Test and Iterate
Day 4:
From there, I turned the wireframes into hi-fidelity design which I tested with 5 employees to get the flow and usability dialed in.
Day 5:
Couple of tweaks in the flow and UI, the Team was ready to implement this design.
